HOW CONTRACT WORK?!

I am not interested in forcing anyone's characters to do anything they do not want, nor am I aiming for Game Busting. Any plot in which Ábramar's magic will potentially be used to influence characters needs explicit consent from everyone involved. Only consenual Shit Disturbing Shenanigans here! ]

~Contacting & Contracting Extra-Dimensional Beings For Dummies~

1. Summon him by Singing to him.

2. Interview: Tell him who you are & what you want-- what your wish is.
If he likes you, he will agree to be your familiar to facilitate helping you achieve it.

3. Seal Air Energies: Changes your Context (How you are viewed by others) In Facilitation of Your Wish!
* He may decide FOR YOU, OR he may allow you to decide how this manifests (OOC discussion encouraged!)
* Provides 'Air Energy' (Sometimes in the form of a magical stone)
* Very Painful

4. Seal Water Energies: Satisfies Your Emotional Desires (Romance, Knowledge, Power, etc. & Possibly alters the emotions of others) In Facilitation of Your Wish!
* He may decide FOR YOU, OR he may allow you to decide how this manifests (OOC discussion encouraged!)
* Provides 'Water Energy' (Sometimes in the form of a magical stone)
* Extremely Painful

5. Seal Earth Energies: Provides a source of Power/Support (Your self, your Family, New Allies, New Abilities, Etc.) In Facilitation of Your Wish!
* He may decide FOR YOU, OR he may allow you to decide how this manifests (OOC discussion encouraged!)
* Provides 'Earth Energy'(Sometimes in the form of a magical stone)
* Overwhelmingly Painful (can cause vomiting)

6. Seal Fire Energies: Determines the Price
* He will give you THREE OPTIONS: Your Self/Soul, The Soul/Life of The Person you Love Most, or Your Entire Family/Community/Youth Support Group/Etc.
* You must select which to trade for your Wish
* Provides 'Fire Energy' (Sometimes in the form of a magical stone)
* Potentially Fatal to Weaker Beings (Temporarily 'killed' an immortal being)

What can be done with the Elemental Energy?
In game, his master (a witch named Fortuna) used the elemental energy provided from his contract to create divination cards (conceptually not unlike Tarot Cards) with themes and powers aligned to their source element.

By default, I'll have Abby provide your character with a magical elemental stone (see above gif) representing the energy he's giving you. We can discuss OOC what you'd like your character to be able to do with the stone. Consider it something like "Free SP". You probably want to use it in service of your own wish, though.

What can Ábramar do (for free) as my familiar?
* Search for allies for you
* Spy on your Enemies/Info Gather
* Deliver Your Mail
* Communicate with you Telepathically
* Transport: he can fly and (in his Behemoth form) is big enough to ride!
* Keep you Company and be generally invested in your happiness & wellbeing (no, for real).
* Sex, if he likes you enough. Mun not interested in CR-less smut though, and leans heavily toward M/M. Sorry Abby I know you like dem wominz

How does this all work functionally?
For simplicity's sake, I'm going to create an example of how this all works when Abby is the one choosing how the contracts will manifest. This is not the only option, he can also provide his Master options to select from, as he does with the price.
Okay it flows like this:

1. Suzzy Summons Abby by singing to him

2. Suzzy says Abby is cool and she's wishing for a Cupcake. He agrees to help.

3. Seal Air Energies: (Painful for Suzzy)
* Suzzy gets an Elemental Air Stone-- which she can use for whatever, so long as it's aligned with the element Air!
* Result: That B*tch As* school that wouldn't accept her into the baking program will suddenly reconsider-- they will want her there and will be offering her a scholarship.

4. Seal Water Energies: Extremely Painful for Suzzy
* Suzzy Gets a Elemental Water Stone, which she can use for whatever so long as it's aligned with the element water!
* Result: Abby decides the best way to use Water energy to manipulate this reality to facilitate Suzzy's wish is: to give Suzzy a juicy polycule of several sexy NBs that she will later meet at her new baking school.

5. Seal Earth Energies: (Suzzy probably sobs and throws up unless she is very tough)
* Suzzy gets Elemental Earth Stone-- same old, same old.
*Abby decides Suzzy will find in the future a magical baking spoon that will enchant her cupcakes to be freaking amazing or something.

6. Seal Fire Energies: (Might Kill Suzzy if she's not a Witch or something?)
* Suzzy gets Elemental Fire stone, blah.
* Determines the Price: She can give him her Soul, the Soul of the person Suzzy loves most, or Suzzy's cherished book club. She must choose one to promise him.

THEN ALL THAT FUTURE STUFF HAPPENS IN ORDER. THEN SUZZY BAKES THE BEST DAMN CUPCAKE EVER IN EXTISTENCE AND EATS IT AND IT'S AWESOME. WISH GRANTED. Then she pays the agree upon price.

So Wait-- what does he mean when he asks for those three specific things? Will he kill/destroy anyone? Will he disband the bookclub? WILL HE EAT HER BELOVED?!
Who knows? How the price will be paid exactly depends on... all this other stuff that happens first! We must discuss!~

Can I just say 'No Eff You Buddy Your Prices are Too High'?
Absolutely!

Can we Change the Price?
With OOC discussion, yes! Generally, the "bigger" a wish is, the more it will cost. Following, "smaller" wishes will be less pricey. However, Abby has no interest in small beans! If he thinks your wish is boring, he'll probably refuse!

How Long does this all take?
Sealing the each elemental section of the contract is supposed to take one day each, but we can play around with that based on preference.
Afterwards, the other stuff happens in the order, but it's very open how long it will take each thing to happen, and for the wish to finally be granted. In the meantime, you get Abby as your familiar!

So I don't Pay until After I get my Stuff?
Exactly.
